Southwest Mississippi Community College is seeking unpriced technical proposals for:
Industrial Maintenance Mobile Unit
The deadline for receipt of unpriced technical proposals is June 12, 2025, by 2:00 PM Central Time. Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting the website: www.smccbids.com
This bid will be handled through a reverse auction. Vendors shall submit unpriced responses per the bid documents. Responses will be evaluated for potential acceptability based upon pre-determined criteria. Bidders whose technical proposals are determined acceptable will be invited to provide priced bids for consideration through the online reverse auction, which will take place on June 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Central Time. Vendors approved to participate in the reverse auction process will be given further detailed instructions regarding the reverse auction once the responses are reviewed. Southwest Mississippi Community College reserves the right to extend the response deadline or auction date, if necessary, to complete the pre-qualification process.
Prices will only be accepted through the online reverse auction per the bid documents.
