ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Tishomingo County School District will receive bid proposals for

2025 SOUND SYSTEM SCHOOL GYM AND AUDITORIUM PROJECT

The deadline for receipt of proposals is July 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Proposals, including Specification Response Form and all other documents, shall be submitted electronically at www.tcsdbids.com.

This bid will be procured through a multi-step procurement process, including a Reverse Auction. Interested bidders will submit bid responses and technical proposals in order to participate in the electronic reverse auction. Pricing will only be accepted through the reverse auction process per the instructions in the bid package. Tishomingo County School District encourages vendor participation in this multi-step process. Complete instructions are provided in the bid package.

A Mandatory Meeting/WaIk through is required on June 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM CT at 1620 Paul Edmondson Drive, Iuka, MS 38852. Parts list will be provided to all participants at the meeting.

Bidding will be held via an electronic reverse auction process on July 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT, as per the detailed bid instructions.
